I’m Meghan, a dedicated private practice Certified Recreation Therapist, passionate about enhancing the lives of seniors through meaningful and engaging recreation in the Oceanside area. By connecting with clients in the comfort of their own home or within various living facilities, I design individualized programs that promote physical, social, cognitive, and emotional well-being. Together, we create joyful experiences that enrich quality of life while providing much-needed support for caregivers.

We understand that your family member is precious, and that their safety and well- being is the top priority. That is why our team of highly skilled companions all have education and experience in the helping profession. Our companions have backgrounds in nursing, social work, activity/ rehab assistants, firefighters and teachers, providing a higher level of empathetic care.

We offer both group and individual recreation outings tailored to each client's interests, as well as safe and reliable transportation to medical appointments. We have a 10 -passenger van with an additional dedicated wheelchair spot. This ensures comfort, dignity and independence for all participants. Whether it's a fun day out or an important healthcare visit. Oceanside Recreation Therapy is here to support well-being every step of the way.
